RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy describes the terms under which Learn Murals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) accepts returns and issues refunds for products and services purchased through our website (www.learnmurals.com) and related platforms.

By placing an order or enrolling in a class, you agree to this policy.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

We strive to ensure quality in all our products and services. Refunds and returns are accepted only under the conditions described below.

Requests without proof of purchase will not be processed.

2. RETURN & REFUND — PHYSICAL ART PRODUCTS

This section applies to physical items such as:

  • Original artworks

  • Hand-painted products

  • Bookmarks and art merchandise

  • Art kits and materials

  • Printed products

 

2.1 Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Item arrived damaged in transit, or

  • Wrong item was delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

 

2.2 Return Window

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.3 Non-Returnable Physical Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks

  • Personalized art products

  • Commissioned paintings

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)

  • Clearance or sale items

 

2.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping cost

  • Safe packaging

  • Trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

2.5 Refund Processing — Physical Products

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund approval/rejection will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

3. ONLINE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS — REFUND POLICY

This section applies to:

  • Online mural painting classes

  • Recorded courses

  • Live workshops

  • Training programs

  • Mentorship sessions

 

3.1 Before Course Access Is Granted

You may request a full refund if:

  • Cancellation is requested before course access is provided, and

  • Before any session/material has been shared

 

3.2 After Course Access or Session Start

No refund will be issued if:

  • Course login/access has been granted

  • Recorded lessons have been shared

  • Live class has started

  • Workshop materials have been delivered

  • You fail to attend scheduled sessions

This applies regardless of participation level.

3.3 Rescheduling (If Applicable)

Where possible, we may allow batch transfer or rescheduling instead of refund. This is subject to availability and approval.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS

This includes:

  • Downloadable guides

  • Reference drawings

  • Templates

  • Study materials

  • Digital art resources

Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital product sales are final.
No refunds or returns are provided once access or download is granted.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not yet shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must follow the return process after delivery if eligible.

6. FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delivery refusal

  • Unavailability

Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer. Refunds will exclude shipping charges.

7. PAYMENT REVERSALS & CHARGEBACKS

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:

  • Course access and services may be suspended

  • Future purchases may be restricted

  • We reserve the right to submit proof of delivery/service access

 

8. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
