Join us for an interactive, hands-on, 5-day workshop, CHITHRA PRAVESHAM, dedicated to the traditional art of Kerala mural painting which will be lead by expert artist Mrs. Anila Manalil of Learn Murals.
This beginner-level workshop will cover all the fundamentals of the art form.
The workshop is for all those who wants to perfect their foundational skills in Traditional Kerala Mural Painting.
This hands-on workshop ensures personalized attention and a deep, authentic learning experience.
Medium of Instruction: Malayalam and English
Topics covered: History and Introduction to Traditional Kerala mural painting, Canvas customization, Sketching using measurements, Colour tone selection, Colour mixing ratios, colour placements, shading and finishing techniques, border designs, floral motifs, and a figurative painting.
Venue: Kalathmika School of Arts, Elamakara, Ernakulam.
